Job Description:

We are seeking a Student Pastor to provide leadership and care to our church's student ministry. The Student Pastor will be responsible for fostering spiritual growth, planning and leading activities, and providing guidance to young people in our church.

Qualifications

Below are the qualifications we are looking for our student pastor to meet:

  • Proven experience in youth ministry and spiritual leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in organizational and administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, Spirit-filled lessons that align with our doctrinal beliefs found on our website https://www.oneheartcommunitychurch.com/core-beliefs
  • Provide care and counseling to youth in times of need
  • Lead and coordinate youth services
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of church ministries
  • Plan youth fundraisers and events
