Provide leadership and direction to all ministries pertaining to our Kid's Ministries (1st through 5th grade), helping to create an environment where kis are being led to Jesus,, loved into community, and launced into ministry. This is a pastoring role that will provide care for our kids and their families, and raising and coaching volunteers. This person must love Jesus, love kids, and must be a "people person" who is creative and fun. This person must have a "servant's heart" and be a team player. This person must also have experience in working with a team of volunteers. Regarding experience, this person must at least have 2 years of working with kids or students in some capacity. Any and all education is also valuable. This person must have some administrative gifts and have a willingness to learn and/or have a basic understanding of how to use programs like (Planning Center and Pro Presenter)
