Position Summary: Assist in planning and production for live and pre-recorded church services, Faith Church, Faith Christian Academy, and Sonshine Center performances including setup, directing, technical directing, and teardown. To Improve and maintain all the facilities of all Audio, Video, Lighting equipment in each production space.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Run audio production for weekly church services, FCA and Sonshine Center programs, practices, productions, and events including but not limited to:
- Stage design
- Setup / tear down
- Acquire and maintain equipment
- Set-up and calibrate all equipment
- Program the production
- Camera/audio/Lighting operations
- Install, set up, and maintain various AV equipment for events, meetings and presentations
- Lead service planning meetings
- Assist in scheduling volunteers and employees for events
- Assist with video and technical directing as needed
- Work with worship pastor and creative director to ensure church services are completed with excellence
- Edit, export, and upload the weekly sermon to YouTube, Subsplash, and Transistor
- Other duties as assigned
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Must attend church at Faith as home church
- Three to five years of experience in audio production
- Proficient knowledge and experience in audio-visual technology
- Prior experience with multi-media in church ministries
- Able to think quickly and problem solve in high-pressure situations
- Crawling, bending and lifting up to 100 pounds required
- Knowledge of computer software including, but not limited to, Apple Final Cut Pro X, After Effects, Photoshop, Pro-Presenter, Planning Center, Microsoft Word and Power Point
- May stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends required
