Title:   Warehouse Specialist

Classification:  Hourly, Full Time

Reports to: Order Fulfilment Manager

Summary:

Hebron Nutrition is an international distributor of vitamins and supplements. We are looking to fill a full-time position in our Aurora office/warehouse to process international and domestics orders. Ideal Candidate will have a passion for working with customers and suppliers and thrives in a fast moving, evolving and a high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and ship international and domestic orders
• Manage all aspects of an order (order entry, sourcing, returns, expediting)
• Print pick lists, labels and troubleshoot orders with errors
• Complete packing and labeling prior to pick up by carriers
• Review orders for accuracy and completion
• Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing
• Work on variety of web-based client systems
• Timely internal and external communication to resolve and/or address issues/inquiries
• Ability to multi-task among multiple web browsers and applications

Requirements:

• Previous experience with supplements manufacturer, distributor/retailer or at a health food store
• Degree or background in nutrition preferred
• Previous experience with warehouse operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Must have Microsoft Excel experience including spreadsheet development and the ability to manipulate date and create simple formulas
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
• Organized and detail oriented
• Great data entry skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
