You know you’re a perfect fit if all of the following apply to you:
- You are known for your integrity and honesty. You absolutely refuse to twist the truth even the slightest. The thought of that makes you sick.
- We don’t tolerate lying, overpromising, or misleading comments in order to get a “yes” on the phone. That means being able to say NO when someone is not a fit. Doing the right thing has to be MORE important than making a sale.
- You’re intelligent - we’re talking raw brain power. When people hear you speak, they think, “Wow, they are really smart!”
- You have force of personality. You exude massive certainty, conviction and confidence. When people hear you speak, they think, “It’s obvious they know what they’re talking about!”
- While powerful and tough, you’re also tender and compassionate. You are easily able to feel what they’re feeling and display sincere caring when someone is in pain.
- You THRIVE in a high standards environment around actions and attitudes, especially when it comes to enrollment percentage and # of enrollments/month. You LOVE them.
- You are known for your coachability and humility. You crave accountability and seek out correction to become the best version of you. You love having your gaps identified. (While we love to dish out tons of praise, you will get heaping amounts of constructive criticism). Do you hear feedback without taking it personally, and then USE it?
- Side note: If you think you're ALREADY a superstar sales hotshot, this is probably not a position for you. We have every intention of destroying your bad habits and re-building you from scratch. If you're not open to that, don't apply.
- You are incredibly responsible and reliable. You are known for your maturity among peers. You show up on time to everything, follow-through on your commitments, and are the type of person that can always be counted on when it counts.
- You are obsessive and aggressive when it comes to your goals. You have a “whatever it takes” attitude. You love to compete and win at the highest level.
- You have incredibly healthy relationships. If you’re married, your spouse is incredibly supportive and your marriage is one that people strive to have. If you have children, your kids see you as their greatest hero and healthiest role model.
- You totally geek out on the art of sales and persuasion. You get excited at the thought of studying your craft outside of call times so you can make surgeon money, save as many lives as possible, and become the greatest in the world in your field.
- You are a zealot for our mission and over-the-moon passionate about what we do and the outcomes we deliver for our clients.
- You are exceptionally self-driven and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to make sure you’re doing your job and going above and beyond.
- You hate making excuses. You detest the thought of acting like a victim, blaming others for your problems. You always take 100% responsibility for your own success and failure.
- You aren’t phased in the slightest by rejection (e.g. hearing “No” a lot, the occasional hang up, accusatory language by the prospect). In fact, you love to put yourself in situations where you could be rejected, even multiple times in a row by the same person in order to help them.
- You are known for your boldness and willingness to have the difficult conversations that no one else is willing to have, including your personal relationships. You are known as a person of truth and candor that has no problem calling it tight with love.
- This includes being comfortable asking uncomfortable questions. (You’ll at times be digging into sensitive areas like weight gain, sex life, addictions, etc. in order to help the prospect see the negative consequences of their actions).
- This also means you’re comfortable and at home when people confess to REALLY dark and embarrassing situations and coping mechanisms. E.g. suicidal thoughts, infidelity, bulimia, drug abuse, alcoholism, etc.
- You are extremely likable and able to quickly establish connections with people. In other words, do people seem to find it easy to like you without you having to try too hard? Do you find it easy to make people laugh and feel comfortable? Are you naturally great at getting along with people?
- You must have a zero tolerance for gossip like we do. If you have an issue, you need to come to us directly. We are always looking for honest feedback. We also don’t tolerate gossip amongst staff. Cf. Matthew 18.
- You must have a strong need AND want to make great money. If you don’t need more than 6k/month, and earning less than that is fine with you, don’t bother applying.
The ideal candidate must also:
- Be excited about a 1099, COMMISSION-ONLY position.
- Be able to work full-time - meaning 5 days on average/week (the hours are flexible - possible nights/weekends if interested in that).
- Be willing to join daily meetings to go over goals and receive coaching to help you hit your goals.
- Have experience in sales at the $100k+ a year level (we can be flexible here if someone can convince us they’re good enough to make an exception)
- Have a high-quality internet connection and clear reliable cell service.
- Have a quiet environment in which to work in.
- Enjoy taking others through a powerful enrollment conversation for up to 8 hours/day.
- Be fluent in English and navigate the grammar well so you’re easy to understand.
Who this is NOT for:
- Interested in a part-time position only.
- Multi-passionate people who have multiple businesses or projects on the go.
- Students.
- Coaches or for those desiring to do their own coaching in the near future.
- Someone with entrepreneurial ADD or someone looking for a short-term way to make money. You must have a desire to work with us for at least the next couple years.
