About Heartland College – Leadership and Development Program
Our mission at the Heartland College School of Leadership and Development is to cultivate Christ-centered leaders who are not only lifelong learners but also educated, equipped, and empowered with practical work experience. We accomplish this through intentional
community. Our learning model entails in-person and online courses, mentorship, discipleship, practical hands-on work experience, and fellowship (whether in our weekly devotionals, fireside chats, or student hangouts).
We are a college extension or satellite site for Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). Through this partnership, we offer 30+ undergraduate degree opportunities, from business and entrepreneurship to information technology, psychology, counseling, seminary, and
more.
